You Don’t Need to Heal Everything—You Just Need to Stay Present
Okay—so…
this might be controversial.
You don’t actually need to heal everything.
You just need to stay present
Because most of what feels heavy…
isn’t even happening right now.
It’s:
- past energy
- old emotions
- previous experiences
- things your body remembers
And they’re showing up…
in present time.
So it feels current
But it’s not.
And when you’re not grounded—
you go into it.
You relive it.
You process it.
You try to fix it.
And now you’re back in the past
Instead of here.
So instead of chasing healing—
we come back.
Ground.
Body.
Breath.
And then the old energy can leave
Because you’re not feeding it anymore.
This is what people miss
You don’t have to dig everything up.
You can just…
let it go.
And yes—some things take time
But most things?
They just need space.
And presence creates that space
So next time something comes up—
instead of:
“Why is this here?”
Try:
“Is this even from now?”
And if it’s not—
let it drop.
