Okay—this one.

Because everyone thinks it’s about introversion vs extroversion.

Sometimes it is.

But a lot of the time…

it’s not that.

It’s that you’re taking on energy that isn’t yours

You’re in a conversation.

You’re listening.

You’re present.

And also…

you’re:

  • matching their emotions
  • processing their experience
  • adjusting to their energy
  • holding space

And you’re not separating.

So by the end—

you’re full.

But not of you.

And then you’re like

“I’m exhausted.”

And it’s not because you don’t like them.

You might love them.

You’re just… carrying too much.

 

This is where porous energy comes in

If your aura is open—

everything gets in.

So instead of just being with someone—

you become them a little.

And that’s a lot.

So we don’t fix the relationship

We clean your space.

Before you go into anything—ground

Always.

During—stay aware

“Is this mine?”

You don’t have to answer perfectly.

Just ask.

After—release

Ground out anything that’s not yours.

Even if you don’t know what it is.

And then refill

Golden Sun.

Your energy.

Back to you.

And this is the shift

From: “I need alone time to recover”

To: “I can be with people and stay in my own energy”

Way more sustainable

And honestly… more enjoyable

Because you’re actually present.

Not managing everything.
