Grounding Isn’t Optional—It’s Everything

Okay—so before we even get into intuition… before we talk about manifestation… before we talk about love, business, any of it—

we have to talk about grounding.

And I know… not the sexiest topic.

But also? Quietly the most life-changing one.

Because when this is in place, everything else gets easier. And when it’s not… everything feels harder than it needs to.

What grounding actually is (in real life, not theory)

Grounding is what helps your body feel safe enough to stay.

That’s it.

It’s what keeps you… here.

In your body. In present time. In your own energy.

Because without it, you don’t leave your body dramatically— it’s more subtle than that.

You just get… floaty.

A little up here. A little everywhere. A little “why is everything so loud??”

You know this feeling

You walk into a room feeling totally fine.

And then suddenly you’re like:

  • wait why am I anxious
  • why am I overthinking
  • why do I feel weird

And nothing actually happened.

That’s not you being “too sensitive.”

That’s just you being open without an anchor.

So now you’re picking up:

  • your energy
  • their energy
  • the vibe of the room
  • and your brain trying to make sense of all of it

Of course it feels like a lot.

And this is where people get it twisted

They’re like, “I think I’m just really sensitive.”

And I’m like—yes… and.

Sensitivity without grounding = overwhelm. Sensitivity with grounding = intuition.

Same gift. Very different experience.

 

Okay, so let’s make this practical

You already know this tool.

Grounding cord.

We’re just going to actually use it.

 

Step 1: Let the old one go

So first— just drop your grounding cord.

Let it fall all the way into the center of the earth and disappear.

And pause for a second.

Notice what it feels like without it.

Not to judge it— just to get familiar.

Because the more you notice the difference, the easier this gets.

 

Step 2: Create a new one

Now create a new grounding cord.

From your body all the way down into the center of the earth.

It can look like anything:

  • a beam of light
  • a hollow tube
  • roots
  • metal

There’s no “right” way.

If it works for you, it works.

 

Step 3: Let it do its thing

And this is my favorite part—

you don’t have to do anything.

Gravity’s doing the work.

So anything that’s not yours— just naturally starts to drop.

No effort. No pushing. No fixing.

Just… release.

And stay here (this part matters)

You’re not going down the cord.

You’re staying right here.

In your body.

Because grounding isn’t checking out— it’s actually the opposite.

It’s being so here that everything else can leave.

 

Notice what shifts

Things get quieter.

Not empty. Not numb.

Just… clearer.

You can actually tell:

  • what’s yours
  • what’s not
  • what you’re feeling
  • what you’re picking up

And suddenly… it’s manageable.

And this is where the magic starts

Because intuition isn’t loud.

It’s not frantic. It’s not yelling over everything else.

It’s subtle.

So when your space is clear— you hear it.

Effortlessly.

Make this part of your life (not just your bad days)

This isn’t just for when things feel chaotic.

This is like brushing your teeth.

You do it:

  • in the morning
  • before calls
  • after being around people
  • whenever you remember

And it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Even 30 seconds makes a difference.

Because this is the foundation of everything

You can’t feel like yourself if you’re not actually in your space.

You can’t trust your intuition if everything feels like you.

You can’t manifest clearly from a crowded field.

So we start here.

Always.
